Doug Hanes is the Warsaw City President for 1st Source Bank and joined the KCVB Board in 2017. Doug has served as Board Treasurer and currently as Vice-Chairperson. Hanes brings with him a long career in banking. He has worked for numerous financial institutions across northeast Indiana and spent several years in franchise development in Los Angeles before moving to Kosciusko County. Hanes holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Accounting from California State University’s Fullerton campus. He is active in the Warsaw community, as he serves on the board of the Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce, Kosciusko Redevelopment Commission, and is an active member of Mission Point Community Church.
